Team Headshot Photographer in Boston, MA

Boston companies — why send your team across town to a studio? I bring my full professional setup directly to your office, whether you're in the Financial District, Back Bay, Seaport or anywhere in between. A conference room, lobby corner or open area — about 10 feet square — is all I need. Each person rotates through and most are done in under 10 minutes.
Every headshot comes out with identical lighting, background and polish — so your team page, LinkedIn profiles and company materials all look like they were shot by the same photographer on the same day. Because they were.
I've shot teams for financial firms, law offices, tech companies and nonprofits across Boston. Whether you have 5 people or 50, the process is the same — efficient, relaxed, and tailored to your brand.
How It Works
Setup
I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.
Per Person
About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.
Turnaround
Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.
Space Needed
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time should we block for a team of 25?
For a team of 25, plan about 4–5 hours including setup, breakdown and a buffer for stragglers. Each person sits for roughly 8–10 minutes. I'll create a schedule with assigned time slots so nobody is waiting around and your office stays productive.
Will everyone's headshot look unified on our website?
That's the whole point of an on-location session. I use the same lighting setup, backdrop and camera settings for every person, so when the photos go on your site or LinkedIn they look like a cohesive team — not a patchwork of different studios and styles.
We hire 10–15 people a year — how do we keep headshots current?
My New Hire Program is designed exactly for this. New hires visit my Sherborn studio on their own schedule at a discounted per-person rate. They get the same professional result, and you get website-ready images within days — no need to coordinate a full team session every time someone joins.
What if some team members are camera-shy?
Most people are — and that's completely normal. I coach every person through posture, expression and micro-adjustments so they can relax and look their best. By the time we're a few frames in, even the most reluctant team members are surprised at how comfortable they feel. For tips, read How to Look Confident in Your Headshot.
What about AI headshots for the team — are they worth it?
AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. A professional on-location session gives you consistent, authentic results across your entire team. For a detailed breakdown, read AI Headshots vs Real Headshots.
What common mistakes should our team avoid?
The biggest ones are inconsistent wardrobe (one person in a T-shirt next to someone in a blazer), not sending the wardrobe guide in advance, and scheduling too little time. A little preparation goes a long way. For the full list, see Biggest Headshot Mistakes Professionals Make.
We're in a downtown Boston high-rise — will your setup work?
It works in any space with about 10 feet of clear depth and a power outlet. I've shot in Boston conference rooms, corner offices, building lobbies — even converted kitchens. I bring all the lighting, backdrop and stands. If you can move a table out of the way, we're set.
What's the wardrobe guidance for a professional services firm?
I send a detailed wardrobe guide a week before the session. For Boston professional services: dark blazers, solid shirts, no bold patterns. I also do a quick wardrobe check with each person before their turn — straightening collars, adjusting ties, flagging anything that won't photograph well. For more details, read What to Wear for Your Headshot Session.
How does team pricing work?
It's a flat location fee for the session plus a per-person rate for each team member photographed. The more people you include, the lower the effective cost per head. Request a quote and I'll put together numbers based on your team size.
What's the difference between a corporate headshot and a LinkedIn headshot?
They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both. For a deeper comparison, see Corporate Headshots vs LinkedIn Headshots.
How often should our team update headshots?
I recommend every 2–3 years for the full team, plus individual sessions as new hires come on board. If your website has a mix of professional headshots and phone selfies, it's time. Read more in How Often Should You Update Your Professional Headshot.
What other nearby communities do you serve for team sessions?
We bring our full studio setup to offices throughout the greater Boston area, including but not limited to Cambridge, Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, Burlington, Framingham and Worcester and beyond.
