Framingham companies — my full professional studio comes to your office. All I need is about 10 feet square — a conference room with the table pushed aside, an open lobby or any space that's out of the main flow. Your team rotates through one at a time, and each session takes under 10 minutes.

Consistent lighting, consistent backgrounds, consistent quality — your entire team ends up with headshots that look like they belong together. No more cobbling together photos from different photographers taken years apart.

Framingham is home to some of the biggest corporate headquarters in the region, and I've worked with teams across a wide range of industries here. Whether you have 5 people or 50, the process is the same — efficient, relaxed, and tailored to your brand.

How It Works

Setup

I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.

Per Person

About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.

Turnaround

Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.

Space Needed

A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

What Clients Say

Jon S.
Damon was referred to me by a friend who said 'Everyone I know uses Damon.' Now I understand why. He is patient during the shoot but highly efficient, and he understands what makes a good headshot. I highly recommend Damon if you want a great business headshot.

Rebecca G.
My partner and I both find taking photos unnerving, but Damon spoke to our individual concerns and set us both at ease. The hardest part was choosing our favorites because even the runner-ups were better than any headshots we've ever had.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should we reserve the room for?

For a team of 15, block about 3 hours — that covers my setup, individual sessions at roughly 10 minutes each, and breakdown. I'll send a schedule with assigned time slots ahead of the session so your Framingham team can plan their day around it.

Our old headshots look completely mismatched — can you fix that?

That's the #1 reason companies book a team session. When I photograph everyone in one session with identical lighting and backdrop, the result is a unified set of headshots that look polished across your website, email signatures and company directory. No more patchwork of different studios and styles.

We onboard new people quarterly — is there an ongoing option?

My New Hire Program is built for exactly this. New team members can visit my Sherborn studio — about 15 minutes from Framingham — on their own schedule at a discounted per-person rate. You get consistent, professional headshots without waiting to organize another full team session.

What if some team members are camera-shy?

Most people are — and that's completely normal. I coach every person through posture, expression and micro-adjustments so they can relax and look their best. By the time we're a few frames in, even the most reluctant team members are surprised at how comfortable they feel. For tips, read How to Look Confident in Your Headshot.

What about AI headshots for the team — are they worth it?

AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. A professional on-location session gives you consistent, authentic results across your entire team. For a detailed breakdown, read AI Headshots vs Real Headshots.

What common mistakes should our team avoid?

The biggest ones are inconsistent wardrobe (one person in a T-shirt next to someone in a blazer), not sending the wardrobe guide in advance, and scheduling too little time. A little preparation goes a long way. For the full list, see Biggest Headshot Mistakes Professionals Make.

Can you set up in a standard Framingham office park conference room?

Those work great — most Metrowest office parks have conference rooms with exactly the kind of space I need. About 10 feet of depth and a power outlet is all it takes. I bring professional lighting, a backdrop and stands. No furniture removal needed beyond clearing one wall.

What's the wardrobe guidance for a mixed team?

I send a wardrobe guide before the session that works across all dress codes. The basics: solid colors, no busy patterns, avoid bright white. For teams where some people wear suits and others dress casually, I help each person look their best within their own style. Quick wardrobe adjustments happen before each person's turn. For more details, read What to Wear for Your Headshot Session.

Can we get a quote for a Framingham team session?

Of course. Pricing is a location fee plus a per-person rate that decreases with larger teams. Tell me your team size and I'll send a quote within a day — usually the same afternoon.

What's the difference between a corporate headshot and a LinkedIn headshot?

They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both. For a deeper comparison, see Corporate Headshots vs LinkedIn Headshots.

How often should our team update headshots?

I recommend every 2–3 years for the full team, plus individual sessions as new hires come on board. If your website has a mix of professional headshots and phone selfies, it's time. Read more in How Often Should You Update Your Professional Headshot.

What other nearby communities do you serve for team sessions?

We bring our full studio setup to offices throughout the greater Boston area, including but not limited to Wellesley, Newton, Waltham and Worcester and beyond.
