Those work great — most Metrowest office parks have conference rooms with exactly the kind of space I need. About 10 feet of depth and a power outlet is all it takes. I bring professional lighting, a backdrop and stands. No furniture removal needed beyond clearing one wall.

I send a wardrobe guide before the session that works across all dress codes. The basics: solid colors, no busy patterns, avoid bright white. They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both.
