How It Works
Setup
I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.
Per Person
About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.
Turnaround
Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.
Space Needed
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

How long does a team session take?
Each person takes about 8–10 minutes. For a team of 20, plan for about 3–4 hours including setup and breakdown. I'll work with you to schedule time slots so people aren't waiting around. Read more about how to prepare your team for headshot day.
What space do you need at our office?
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with access to a power outlet. A conference room works great if the table can be moved out of the way. Otherwise, any quiet open area will do — a wide hallway, unused office, or lobby corner. I bring everything else: lights, backdrop, and stands.
Can we get consistent backgrounds across the whole team?
Absolutely. That's one of the biggest advantages of an on-location team session versus sending people to different studios. Everyone gets the same lighting and background for a cohesive look across your website, LinkedIn profiles, and marketing materials. What should our team members wear?
I'll send a wardrobe guide ahead of time. Generally: solid colors, no busy patterns, and avoid bright white. I also do a quick wardrobe check with each person before shooting. See our full guide on what to wear for your headshot session.
Do you offer ongoing headshot programs for new hires?
Some clients have me back annually to refresh the entire team's images. By far, though, the most popular option is my New Hire Program — available exclusively to organizations I've done an on-location team shoot for. New hires come to my Sherborn studio at a discounted rate from my regular studio session pricing, on their own schedule — no need to coordinate multiple calendars or wait for the next on-location visit. They get a more relaxed, one-on-one session, and your company gets polished, consistent headshots within days instead of months.
What's the pricing for team sessions?
Team pricing is based on a $1,100 location fee plus a per-person rate that varies based on group size. The location fee covers setup, professional lighting, backdrop, and on-site photography. Request a quote above for a custom price based on your team size.
