AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. Open offices work fine as long as we can claim a 10×10-foot corner away from foot traffic. I bring my own lighting, backdrop and stands, so the background won't matter. A glass conference room, a quiet lobby alcove or even a cleared-out storage area all work. I bring everything except the power outlet.

For Cambridge tech companies, I usually recommend a step above daily wear — a clean button-down, a fitted sweater, or a casual blazer. No hoodies or graphic tees unless that's genuinely your brand. Pricing is structured as a location fee plus a per-person rate. Larger teams bring the per-person cost down. I'll put together a custom quote based on your team size and any special requirements — just reach out.

They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both.
