Team Headshot Photographer in Cambridge, MA

Cambridge companies — I bring my full professional studio directly to your office. All I need is about a 10-foot-square space — a conference room, quiet lobby corner, or any open area works perfectly. Your team rotates through individually, and most sessions take under 10 minutes per person.
The payoff: every headshot has the same lighting, the same background, and the same polished look — so your website and LinkedIn pages finally look cohesive instead of cobbled together from five different photo sessions over five different years.
I've shot teams for biotech firms, law offices, financial advisors and startups across the Boston area. Whether you have 5 people or 50, the process is the same — efficient, relaxed, and tailored to your brand.
How It Works
Setup
I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.
Per Person
About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.
Turnaround
Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.
Space Needed
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you handle scheduling for a busy Cambridge office?
I create a sign-up sheet with 10-minute time slots for each person. People drop in when it's their turn and are back at their desk in under 15 minutes. For a team of 20, the full session — including my setup and breakdown — takes about 3–4 hours. Your office barely notices the disruption.
We want all our headshots to match our brand — is that possible?
That's exactly what on-location team sessions deliver. Every person is photographed with the same lighting, backdrop and camera settings in a single session. The result is a set of headshots that look polished and unified across your website, email signatures and marketing — no mismatched styles.
We're growing fast — what about new hires who miss the session?
That's what my New Hire Program is for. Anyone who joins after the team session can come to my Sherborn studio individually at a discounted rate. They get the same coaching and professional result, and you get matching headshots on your website within days — no waiting for the next group session.
What if some team members are camera-shy?
Most people are — and that's completely normal. I coach every person through posture, expression and micro-adjustments so they can relax and look their best. By the time we're a few frames in, even the most reluctant team members are surprised at how comfortable they feel. For tips, read How to Look Confident in Your Headshot.
What about AI headshots for the team — are they worth it?
AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. A professional on-location session gives you consistent, authentic results across your entire team. For a detailed breakdown, read AI Headshots vs Real Headshots.
What common mistakes should our team avoid?
The biggest ones are inconsistent wardrobe (one person in a T-shirt next to someone in a blazer), not sending the wardrobe guide in advance, and scheduling too little time. A little preparation goes a long way. For the full list, see Biggest Headshot Mistakes Professionals Make.
Our Cambridge office has an open floor plan — does that work?
Open offices work fine as long as we can claim a 10×10-foot corner away from foot traffic. I bring my own lighting, backdrop and stands, so the background won't matter. A glass conference room, a quiet lobby alcove or even a cleared-out storage area all work. I bring everything except the power outlet.
What should people wear to a tech company headshot session?
For Cambridge tech companies, I usually recommend a step above daily wear — a clean button-down, a fitted sweater, or a casual blazer. No hoodies or graphic tees unless that's genuinely your brand. I'll send wardrobe guidance ahead of time and do a quick check with each person before shooting. For more details, read What to Wear for Your Headshot Session.
What does a Cambridge team session cost?
Pricing is structured as a location fee plus a per-person rate. Larger teams bring the per-person cost down. I'll put together a custom quote based on your team size and any special requirements — just reach out.
What's the difference between a corporate headshot and a LinkedIn headshot?
They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both. For a deeper comparison, see Corporate Headshots vs LinkedIn Headshots.
How often should our team update headshots?
I recommend every 2–3 years for the full team, plus individual sessions as new hires come on board. If your website has a mix of professional headshots and phone selfies, it's time. Read more in How Often Should You Update Your Professional Headshot.
What other nearby communities do you serve for team sessions?
We bring our full studio setup to offices throughout the greater Boston area, including but not limited to Boston, Waltham, Burlington and Newton and beyond.
