Worcester companies — I travel to your office with a full professional studio so your team doesn't have to go anywhere. All I need is about 10 feet square of open space — a conference room, quiet lobby or break room. Each team member rotates through and is done in under 10 minutes.

When the session is over, you have a complete set of headshots with matching lighting, backgrounds and professional quality. Your website, LinkedIn profiles and marketing materials will finally look like they belong to the same company.

As New England's second largest city, Worcester has a thriving business community — and I've worked with teams across healthcare, biotech, financial services and higher education throughout the area. Whether you have 5 people or 50, the process is the same — efficient, relaxed, and tailored to your brand.

How It Works

Setup

I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.

Per Person

About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.

Turnaround

Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.

Space Needed

A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

Frequently Asked Questions

You're based in Sherborn — do you really come all the way to Worcester?

I do — Worcester is about 45 minutes from my studio and I make the trip regularly. For a team session, I arrive early, set up my full lighting rig and backdrop, and photograph each person in about 10 minutes. For a team of 20, plan for about 3–4 hours total. The drive is on me — it's built into the location fee.

Our team is spread across departments — will the photos look consistent?

That's one of the key benefits of a single on-location session. I photograph everyone with the same setup — same backdrop, same lighting, same camera settings. Whether someone is from engineering or the executive suite, the headshots look like they belong together on your website.

We have a Worcester office and a Boston office — can new hires go to your studio instead?

That's exactly what my New Hire Program is for. Any new hire can book an individual session at my Sherborn studio at a discounted rate, on their own schedule. It's about 35 minutes from Worcester and 30 from Boston. You get professional, consistent headshots without organizing another full team session.

What if some team members are camera-shy?

Most people are — and that's completely normal. I coach every person through posture, expression and micro-adjustments so they can relax and look their best. By the time we're a few frames in, even the most reluctant team members are surprised at how comfortable they feel. For tips, read How to Look Confident in Your Headshot.

What about AI headshots for the team — are they worth it?

AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. A professional on-location session gives you consistent, authentic results across your entire team. For a detailed breakdown, read AI Headshots vs Real Headshots.

What common mistakes should our team avoid?

The biggest ones are inconsistent wardrobe (one person in a T-shirt next to someone in a blazer), not sending the wardrobe guide in advance, and scheduling too little time. A little preparation goes a long way. For the full list, see Biggest Headshot Mistakes Professionals Make.

What space do you need in our Worcester office?

A conference room, empty office or even a wide hallway with about 10 feet of clear depth and a power outlet. Worcester offices tend to have plenty of room to work with. I bring everything: professional strobes, a portable backdrop and stands. Just point me to the space and I'll take it from there.

We don't have a formal dress code — what should people wear?

I send wardrobe guidance ahead of time that works for every dress code. The general rule: solid colors, nothing too busy, avoid bright white. I'll also do a quick check with each person before their turn — sometimes swapping a patterned shirt for a solid one or straightening a collar makes all the difference. For more details, read What to Wear for Your Headshot Session.

What should we budget for a team headshot session?

Team pricing is a location fee plus a per-person rate — the more people you include, the lower the effective cost per head. For a Worcester team quote, just send me your approximate headcount and any special requirements. I'll get back to you the same day.

What's the difference between a corporate headshot and a LinkedIn headshot?

They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both. For a deeper comparison, see Corporate Headshots vs LinkedIn Headshots.

How often should our team update headshots?

I recommend every 2–3 years for the full team, plus individual sessions as new hires come on board. If your website has a mix of professional headshots and phone selfies, it's time. Read more in How Often Should You Update Your Professional Headshot.

What other nearby communities do you serve for team sessions?

We bring our full studio setup to offices throughout the greater Boston area, including but not limited to Framingham, Wellesley, Newton and Boston and beyond.
